Hello Everyone! Hope you all are going good. Today I will be reviewing Tvakh’s 5% Vitamin C Glow Booster Exfoliating water. Glowing exfoliating water is a totally new thing for me I haven’t used anything like this before. So, lets see my reviews on this product.

About The Brand “TVAKH”

It is a chandigarh based brand and they say “We are a Nature obsessed brand. We believe that everyone of us exists because of the numerous elements the Earth has given and, like a dependent infant, we cannot exist without Her. Keeping Her fundamentals right in place, we prepare our Skincare recipes with utmost confidence of Functionality and Bio-effectiveness.” They offer wide variety of haircare, skincare, body and spa products etc.

Coming to the product What it claims?

Tvakh’s 5% Vitamin C glow booster is a leave on exfoliating water that fights mild to moderate acne, scars and uneven skin tone unveiling visibly glowing and radiant complexion. Specially curated first time in India with natural ingredients and clinical studies that gently exfoliates dead, built up layers just like your skin did naturally when you were younger.

Water light formula that  exfoliates built-up dead skin that can clog pores in the most gentle, non-abrasive way. Harnessed with Vitamin C, Tea Tree Oil and Glycolic Acid (derived from Sugarcane) that works to create a younger appearance with diminishing fine lines, reducing pore size and purifying the skin of residue and build up in the most gentle way possible.

It is designed for all skin types, but especially for acne type skin which is prone to clogged pores with tendency of getting hormonal breakouts. This also works as a Tonic exfoliating water for  photoaged skin with dark spots and pollution damage.

My take on the product

First time when I use this water exfoliator I was not happy because after this water I used boutiques cream and I did a disaster for my skin so I wasn’t satisfied with the product. When I used it for the second time, with aroma essential products. I liked it. it works good for me. It didn’t give me extra ordinary results but yeah it worked good but at the price of INR 525 I was expecting much more from the product but it failed to delivered that. At such range we get so many better toners. Even Bioderma’s small packaging is available. Now I am using this product just for the travel purpose in small spray bottle to remove pollution dirt from my face. This exfoliating water is good for normal to dry skin beauties but not for oily skin types like me.

  • no paraben, no GMO, no phthalates, no petroleum oils, no sulphate
  • contain vitamin C
  • travel friendly
  • fragrance is very mild
  • doesn’t cause any sensation to the skin
  • good exfoliating water for normal- dry skin type (not from oily skin type)

  • expensive
  • packaging is not so good
  • didn’t work for me
  • results may take some time

Overall Rating:- 3.5/5

I will not be buying this product again and will be trying some other skin water.

Water exfoliater??? Sounds strange and not convincing. Wonder how water can scrubs on your face. Scrubs suppose to be of thick texture for rubbing purpose. And also it’s very costly. Liked your honest review.
